The short version

Gate to City has no user accounts and no forms that store data. We do not ask for your name, email or travel details in order to use the site.

Data handled when you visit

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not combine this data with anything that identifies you.

The number of people, bags and the arrival time you select are processed in your browser to reorder the table. They may appear in the page address so that a link keeps your selection. They are not stored by us.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google may set cookies in your browser and processes technical data such as your browser, your device and the pages you view, under its own privacy policy. We use only the aggregated results to improve the pages.

Links to partner sites

Some links on this site lead to partner sites; if you book, buy or subscribe through them, the site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

When you follow a booking link you leave Gate to City and go to the partner's website (for example Civitatis or NordVPN). The link carries a code that tells the partner the visit came from this site. The partner may set its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy to any booking you make there.

Contact

The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email application with the message prepared. If you write to us, we use your email address only to reply.
