Getting into Rome from the airports and cruise port
Fiumicino has the only dedicated airport train, the 32-minute Leonardo Express, and a fixed-fare taxi at 55 euros. Ciampino is closer to the centre but has no rail link, so buses and a 40 euro taxi do the work. Civitavecchia is about 80 km away: most cruise passengers take a free port shuttle, walk to the station and ride a regional train.
